Where is my order?

Can I change my address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, we can only change the address if your order has not been dispatched. We try our best to dispatch all orders within 34-48 hours. In case you would like to change your address, please email us at kakojeeprofessional@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
For non embroidered products, we are only able to accept cancellations and modifications if the order has not been dispatched yet. For embroidered products, we apologize in advance, but we will not be able to accept cancellations or modifications because our team starts working on customizations as soon as the order is confirmed. What size of products will fit me?
Please check our size charts before ordering. If you are in between sizes and like to wear loose fitted scrubs or lab coats, we recommend you opt for the bigger size, otherwise you can opt for the smaller one.
